Become a Surval Girl

What Makes Surval Special?

  • We support high achievement through individualised and flexible curriculum options offering US and UK curriculum programmes: American High School Diploma and Advanced Placements, IGCSE and A Level.

  •  We empower young women: with an average of 10 students per class, our Surval community of 60 girls offers each student the opportunity to receive the support she needs to grow in confidence and feel empowered to find her true voice, free from any stereotypes.

  • We stand out as an exceptional all-girls international boarding school providing a welcoming environment, breadth of opportunities and exceptional individual care to enable each girl to achieve her best.

  • We offer a spectacular location and inspirational setting near Lake Léman and the Alps, on the outskirts of the vibrant and safe town of Montreux.

  • We are a close-knit family school, providing a true home away from home for the duration of the girls’ stay.

  • We provide creative and engaging teaching and learning approaches, tailored to meet the needs of every student and ensure a high level of engagement in their learning.

  • We offer a variety of flexible options: Winter Camp, Summer Camp and Swiss Gap Experience - our unique pre-university preparation and finishing programme for girls aged 17-19

  • We teach a unique Etiquette programme, preparing girls for any situation they may find themselves in the future.

  • We offer many opportunities beyond the classroom, ranging from winter and water sports to a rich cultural and linguistic tradition in Switzerland and nearby Europe. Girls are encouraged to step out of their comfort zone and embrace new challenges.

  • We ensure success through individualised university and careers guidance.

  • Surval’s forward-thinking, bespoke education champions leadership, social enterprise, global perspectives and celebrates languages and culture.
