Application Process
Surval Montreux welcomes applications up to two years in advance. There is no deadline for applications, later applicants may be placed on a waiting list.
The process outlined below refers to applications for our School Year Programme (11 – 17 years) and our Swiss Gap Programme. (16 – 19 years).
Surval Admissions Process: Step by Setp
- Submit an enquiry form, which will lead to a call with our admissions team
- Complete our application form and submit any remaining documentation
- A video call will be set up with our Principal, Mrs Patricia Woodhouse
- An offer will be made for a place at Surval Montreux
- Offer acceptance and your place is booked
- Start preparing for your Surval experience!
Application Documentation
To apply for a place at Surval, an application form needs to be submitted with:
- A colour photocopy of your daughter’s passport
- Copies of the last two years’ reports from your daughter’s current School (last three years for entry to Grade 12)
- Any report relating to special educational learning needs from an Educational Psychologist or similar professional
- Application Fee: CHF 2’500.- (non refundable)
- Acceptance Deposit (CHF 5’000.-). The Acceptance Deposit will be held in the School bank account and will be refunded within 60 days after the end of your daughter’s final term at Surval Montreux, less any ‘extras’ for that final term, subject to no outstanding sums of money being owed to the School. Please note this deposit is non-refundable in the event that your daughter does not take up a place previously accepted.
To accept your daughter’s place at Surval Montreux and qualify for the visa process, we must receive payment of the application fee and deposit.
