Dagmar is a graduate of Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management. With a strong background in marketing and sales, she has worked in a brokerage firm and successfully launched her own company. Her international upbringing, having grown up in Portugal and Switzerland, has given her the ability to bridge cultural differences—an invaluable skill that allows her to connect with the diverse student body at Surval.
Dagmar first joined Surval as part of the Marketing team, where she spent two years sharing the school’s unique spirit. She then took on the role of Etiquette and Events Coordinator, curating unforgettable experiences for the girls while guiding them in the art of international etiquette. Now, after three years away, she is thrilled to return as Marketing Officer, bringing her passion for storytelling and branding back to the school.
What drew Dagmar to Surval is its multi-cultural atmosphere and wonderful sense of family. She is committed to providing the students with incredible experiences and lifelong memories while strengthening the bond between recent and Survaliennes, fostering a global network for the girls to benefit from.
Beyond her professional role, Dagmar is passionate about horse riding, skiing, and exploring new places—a true adventurer at heart, always seeking new perspectives and connections.
